Your FTP server and login information is available on the myCP -> View Account Details page. If youve forgotten your password, you can reset it by visiting the myCP -> GIP Account Management page.
Secondary FTP user login information is available on the myCP -> GIP Account Management page. Please note, secondary FTP accounts are only available with Grid Pro and Grid Max plans.
Note, all GIP accounts use the FTP server ftp.gip.nanoservers.net.
