How do I reset my password for the Parallels Small Business Panel?

If you need to set a new administrative password for accessing the Panel or
specify a new e-mail address do the following:

1. Click the My profile icon at the top of the screen
2. Specify the e-mail address or new password in the corresponding fields

In the event that you forget or misplace your password, simply connect to your server via SSH or Remote Desktop and execute the following command from the command line:

(Unix, as root) cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow

(Windows) "C:Program FilesSWsoftPleskadmininplesksrvclient.exe" -get
