You can update your contact information (email, phone number, address, etc) in myCP by clicking Client Information.

If the "Security ID" feature is enabled on your account, check your email for a one time randomly generated ID that will be required to change any information on this page. This feature helps to ensure that any other parties you allow access to myCP cannot change the ownership details without access to your email. In the event that you do not receive your Security ID within approximately 5-10 minutes at most, check your email spam or bulk mail folder, as these automated messages are sometimes mistakenly filtered.

If your email address on file is no longer valid, or you are prompted for a Security ID but do not receive it, please open a support ticket or email billing@nanoservers.net for further assistance.
