Located in Springfield, Virginia, DCA3 is 10,000+ sq. ft. in size with optimal connectivity speeds and reliability. The location is strategically situated in a natural disaster-free zone and always staffed 24x7x365 with experienced, certified engineers.

Power Generators

The data centre is fed via a power feed provided through a dedicated transformer and is protected by 2 redundant 1.25MW diesel generators with 48 hours of generator fuel on premise.

AC Infrastructure

DCA3 has been carefully designed and engineered with the capacity and redundancies planning to ensure servers are kept cool. The data centre has 200+ tons of AC cooling using multiple, redundant Data Aire Precision units, expandable to 500+ tons.

Security

The data centre is secured and monitored 24x7x365 using closed-circuit, live video surveillance. As you can expect, this facility is always staffed 24x7x365 with highly-skilled engineers.

Network

DCA3 is an essential part of our core coast-to-coast network. The fully redundant Gigabit Ethernet-based network uses redundant Cisco 12012 GSR series based core network architecture, linking DCA3 to the Internet.
